LICENSING
Built by Design holds a Class B general contractors license with the Johnson County Contractor Licensing program. This allows us to build any residential or commercial structure up to three stories in height. We are also licensed to build in each municipality in the greater Kansas City area. In an effort to stay current with new building codes and trends, Built by Design requires its employees to attend mandatory classroom training a minimum of 8 credit hours each year. INSURANCE
Built by Design carries full coverage contractors liability insurance in the amount of $2,000,000.00. We also carry Workman's Compensation and a certificate of insurance can be provided for both policies upon request.
WARRANTY
Built by Design backs its commitment to quality with a 1 year material and labor warranty. If something should cause a problem during this period, rest assured that we will fully resolve the issue to our customer's satisfaction.
